Normally you will find this information on Ministry of Environmental or National Environmental Agencies web pages, but sometimes it is difficult.

You can search to UNDP Albania reports on monitoring environment in Albania, or you try to enter into Faculty of Natural Sciences Research Gate page and to look for publications on the subject you are interested (Pranvera Lazo, Aurel Nuro, Elda Marku such a few names to start with).
