I can suggest a good book to you that will help you with the conversions. Try the chapter on Synchronous Machines in the book:

P. M. Anderson and A. A. Fouad "Power System Control and Stability", IEEE Press.

The classic Second Edition of the Electric Machines book by Fitzgerald & Kingsley (no third author) also has the details, but the edition is out of print, and may be hard to find !
