I have installed Azure extension to Eclipse from Eclipse market place. For deploying web application on Azure, subscription is mandatory which requires credit card details. I do not want to furnish the details even if it is assured that the information will be used only for identity purpose. Can I create Azure subscription without providing credit card details?
Hi Miss. Well if you have account on hotmail then you can access the azure portal. But for using services (app service, sql service etc) you must provide your credit card details. It is like you need to subscribe those services you need for your development. I am having developer benefit account where Microsoft credit RM 150 every month for one year. If you want you can also go for it but still you need to provide your card details just for the verification purpose. Hope this details will help you. :)
Hi. Currently, you have to specify your credit card details to get an account in Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services. However, in the case of MS Azure subscription, you win a credit (170 €) for a month. This credit you can use to make tests with MS Azure's elements. In the case of you have used all the credit, or has elapsed the testing month, you have to pay a bill.
