I want to design a Superconducting transition transition Experiment of YBCO. I want to cool down the the glass chamber consisting the sample in a controlled way.
Please suggest me how to design this system.
I want to use a Cryogenics Temperature Controller. But I don't know the design aspects of the system.
Please suggest me.

I would wrap the glass vessel with thickish copper foil, wrap *that* with some nichrome heating wire (fibreglass insulated), and then suspend that using some light fibres (string, really) over an open Dewar.
Stick a Pt100 or two to the glass at strategic locations using GE varnish, and then lower the vessel into the Dewar.
Then, using a PID controller to drive a SSR, and so control power to the nichrome wire, add a quantity of LN2.
Not so much that the liquid touches the vessel, but enough to fill the Dewar with cold gas.
Set the PID controller to the temperature or profile that you want, and keep an eye on the LN2 level - you might want to devise a top-up system to keep the level of nitrogen relatively steady.
