Can I capture hardening effect due to geometric non-linearity while a beam is actuated by a large harmonic force using COMSOL?

I'm trying to capture the hardening effect due to geometric non-linearity (mid-plane stretching) of a beam/ plate when actuated by large harmonic force. I'm using "Frequancy domain perturbation" in the study type. model consist of a plate actuated electrostatically.Geometric non-linearity is checked in study type by default but it does not capture expected hardening effect.
