Without seeing the input file (.gjf), it's hard to solve the problem.
Здравейте, Божидарка! Аз избрах моделна система с метан, за да мога да определя какво ми дава този метод на калкулация. В този файл има и резултати от калкулиране и изходни данни в началото на всяка стъпка. Файлът се състои от 2 части: Първата е оптимизация, а втора - спектър. Въпросът ми е, дали мога да получа някакъв спектър веднага след калкулацията като TDDFT или няма начин и трябва да пиша някакъв скрипт, за да получа TD спектър? И вторият ми въпрос е, дали мога да използвам NTO формализъм по някакъв начин в SAC-CI, защото Gaussian ми дава грешен отговор: "can`t find the ground state 2" Предварително Ви благодаря за вашия отговор!
