It would be interested to see it; I was a nurse and saw bullying when I was ward based. On one occasion, I had to rush to stop the victim (a qualified nurse) changing out of her uniform and walking out. I expect that she would have lost her job had I had not stopped her, discussed her grievances and sorted the problem out. She was a good nurse and was victimised - I think - because she was so attentive and particular that things were done right.
It wasn't on the ward where I was based, but I was covering for the (very small) hospital on that particular day.
