Finally, a tolerable acid pH level into the system may increase acid/base balance system but it may not have any effect generating free radicals. this dependent what you mean with type of acids
acid means acetic acids.....the organic acids that we add to any lipid containing meat products . so I am meaning of the lipid oxidations upon storage of these products.
