I am working on impact of climate change and land use, land cover change on sediment yield in Rawal watershed, Islamabad, Pakistan. I have total 5 stations, 2 inside and 3 outside of watershed. For one station which is inside watershed i have only rainfall from 1975 2014. For the second station which is also inside of watershed i have rainfall and Temperature (max and min) only from 1991 to 2010. For third station which is outside, i have relative humidity, Rainfall, temperature (max and min) from 1980 to 2014 and wind speed from 2006 to 2014. For fourth station which is out side, i have relative humidity from 1998 to 2014, Rainfall from 1987 to 2014, temperature (max and min) from 1990 to 2014 and wind speed from 1998 to 2014. For fifth station i have data from 2005 to 2009 only. My intention is to used maximum of this data. How can i utilize maximum of this data?

each input data should have the same beginning and end date i.e. Pcp or tmp.
if your data just for some stations are longer then But you can insert -999 for the gaps of the other stations.

You can create a weather generator using the observed data from different time periods and develop a weather dataset with missing data with -99 so that the weather generator will replace the missing data.
Based on the information you are providing:
1) Discard the fifth station. It has a very short data record.
2) Use the rainfall period 1991 - 2010 for all stations. Although 20 years record is not an ideal record, it will provide a good representation of rainfall variability. We don't recommend generating periods of rainfall because the generated values have a flatter distribution when compared with real values (generation increases the lower values and decreases the higher values). Consequently, it will result in a flatter water yield simulation. Use rainfall generation only for generating isolated missing values (if impossible estimating it from a nearby station).
3) For all station, generate radiation, wind and humidity data. For each station, use parameters from the nearest or similar station. If possible, obtain height gradients for maximum and minimum temperatures, and adjust values between stations.
