I wish to evaluate the relationship between simultaneously acquired power values extracted from sensors measuring the same information from two different locations. There is no difference in time lag between the two measures. I have over 40 records with up to 30,000 data points per record.
Does anyone know if this is possible using excel? If so please provide the function?
Thanks. I saw this previously but missed how to make the adjustments to make it work... but I believe it's working now, thanks for your suggestion.
You can only correlate the data if the exact SAME sensor (or two sensors under a central control) extracts the data from the locations simultaneously. If they are independent sensors, you can't correlate because they will be regarded as separate experiments
