Yes, what Emad said. ELISA and a spectrophotometry plate reader is the lowest tech I know of. And if you have mass spec. and expertise to run it available at your institution, that is another option. More sensitive/older method is similar to ELISA but involves something called a radioimmunoassay or RIA.
