Medicine has an unpredictable nature, somehow an inherent idea prevails medical researchers' community it is that the biology of human body is unpredictable; hence the quantification will fail to apply in this territory of science. That's why the clinical practice is still depends much on non-quantified methodologies (descriptive and comparative) namely clinical sense, clinical experience, individualized case reports, case series and retrospective studies.
I want to know if any models of quantification are proposed or any papers discuss this issue. I mean a model that combines the whole levels starting from the atomic level with the basic elements of carbon, hydrogen …etc and the molecular level with the amounts of water, protein, and fat and the cellular level with extracellular matrix and fluid; till the tissue level for amounts and distributions of adipose, skeletal, and muscle tissues.
