I don't know anything about WinGX software but I searched a bit about this on Google due curiosity.

Apart from this, being a software profession I would love to suggest to use some official documentation/forum/tutorials.

There might be some google group also for the same, just do a half day research over these online links and you can get some really good google group of users and that community is really helpful.
