I want to identify the end group of PEG-b-PHIC in this article.This copolymer was synthesized via coordination polymerization in the presence of TiCl4 as a catalyst, but its end group was not characterized!

OH is not end group. Equimolar of Ticl4 and polyethylene glycol was used! What are three peaks from 0.5 to 2 ppm?
The polymer as stated in the article is a polyurethane. These are the 2 end groups:
HO – R’ – OH + OCN – R - NCO ->

The reaction solution (PEG-b-PHIC) was quenched with chilled methanol. I think that methanol react with N=C=O and TiCl3. Therefore, end group is not N=C=O or TiCl3 or OH! I want to identify the end group using this paper (without additional 1H-NMR test). Be careful, 1-Hexyl isocyanate is a mono isocyanate. 2- PEG methyl ether has one OH at the its chain. 3- block copolymer in this article is not polyurethane. 4- The used monomers in this article are mono functional monomers.
