Can anyone tell me that How can i train libvm after feature selection process like mrmr ,SVM -RFE .?

These feature selection functions return ftScore and ftRank. How can i pass these parameters to libsvm ?

Simplest thing is to remove the weaker features after applying the feature selectio. That means that svmlib receives a subset of the original dataset, where just the more informative features are present.
