I had done MPPT for solar and connected load. Its working but I would like to connect the solar to dc bus for which the solar output should track the maximum power as well as the voltage should match dc link voltage?
I dont understand how could you perform an MPPT controller without intoduicing a converter upstream of the PV system. in PV systems we are accustomed to carry out MPPT by contolling the provided current according to the load or voltage measurements. you can for example use Boost or Buck converter according to whether if you want to step-up or step-down the PV voltage. you also have to keep in mind that in MPPT control, the dc-link voltage will vary depending on variation of the load and atmospheric conditions (solar radiation & temperature), to keep the voltage constant, another converter in series will fit the bill.
When you connect to dc bus, the bus voltage will be constant.it will not change and the power you injecting to bus changes by varying the duty cycle(done by MPPT block) by varying the current injected to the line. Here voltage at output will not chage and the MPPT block now varies current
