Dear all experts and Researchers,
I need your valuable suggestions to choose a precise topic for post-doc. Actually i have successfully done research work on all the possible utility aspect of Water Hyacinth like the plant ecology, management, phtytochemistry, pharmacology, use as manure and as well as its importance in seed growth, and also its affect on certain crop plants growth.
so in this regard can anyone help me out to proceed with the best area and also please suggest me where should i apply.

Florida has a big problem with water hyacinth and the University of Florida, Gainesville has almost limitless resources. I personally think that it should be rated above almost all other universities. Be careful not to step on an alligator, even right there on campus!
Also, looking at some of the excellent Russian speaking scientists here on Research Gate, I would say that anyone interested in fresh water subjects should consider working with them or with scientists from any of the former USSR. Unfortunately, I doubt that you would find any water hyacinth there.
May be, your interest where to work, but here in Ethiopia, waterhyacinth is a big problem in Ethiopia; lakes such as Lana, Ziway, sugarcane water channels;
lakes are endangered; even though, there are some efforts by the community to get ride of the weed manually, but satisfactory and sustainable results can not be obtained. So, i would suggest it is ideal for your work.
