I am designing an experiment to study the anticancer effect of a plant sample. Can anyone suggest to me how many mice should I take in per treatment group to get a significant result?
Kasturi Dutta .........This is a question usually discussed by university professors for two reason; (1) determining appropriate lab animals and number needed is a basic part of preparing a study and applying for funding. (2) because they’d understand your project best. I suggest a discussion with them.
