I am given the contact angle for water on a particular solid to be 74.65 and similarly for glycerine to be 85.6 degree. I have to calculate the surface energy of the solid. Before that, I need to find which solid surface was used. I tried searching various research papers to find the value of contact angle of water on various solid surface but I couldn't find one. Anyone who could help me with it?

The Krüss site only gives surface energhies but these can be recalculated into water contact angles, the following link shows hte largest data set on surface energy of solid surfaces: https://www.kruss-scientific.com/services/education-theory/substance-data/solids/
What strikes me as odd is that water has a lower contact angle than glycerin ...... although glycerin has the lower surface tension of the two. Please check this.

As Leo mentioned, Kruss site offers a good resource on evaluation of surface energies and gives surface energies for many solids.
The contact angle that you have reported was observed by us for a mild steel (ref: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0143974X17308313). In this article you can also lookup a range of contact angles for same solid surface with different roughness values. Regarding, surface eneryg calculations, you can use the traditional theoritical models that require the use of two liquids or single liquid contact angles. You can find more dicussion on this in the above reference. Hope it helps.
