Thanku sir for your response.Sir I would like to make the pellet for activated carbon for XPS spectra. Since, The material is not binding. Is there any binder which don't interefere with XPS peaks?

I not sure about binders that wont interfere but you can run a clean activated carbon XPS followed by one with a binder and isolate and remove those peaks from your graph. That should be the best to try out multiple binders so that you can find the one with the peaks in the most ideal position for you
