I am doing a research on Employee Morale, I found the 1965 Morale Scale, but there is no scoring and interpretation. Can anyone suggest me an employee morale scale with scoring and interpretation? If you have please send.
You may do a comparative analysis between the past and present contexts employee psychology. You will need to justify why it is necessary to study the psychology and morale of staff in this day and age - and thereby providing factors affecting the morale of staff now as opposed to past times. You may also evaluate the scale, analyse its potential, determine if there are gaps since it has been long time since the scale was developed, and offer to further develop it to cover the areas that are missing in respect of workplace and staff morale these days (if any changes of developments compared to old times).

Hi Thembinkosi Mtonjeni I just read the article, but couldn't figure out what scale they have used to measure employee morale? Can you please help? If you have the tool, scoring and interpretation, can you please let me know sir?
Remember, the interpretation is dependent on Likert Scale that is attached to each question (hypothetical statement). Table 4 of the article Why is hospitality employees’ psychological capital important? However, Psychological Capital is a much more useful tool, and has been used recently to measure and promote the morale of employees. My intention is not to dissuade you to move away from the 1965 Employee Morale Scale, but to enrich your perspective by directing your attention.
