Dear Asfaw, simply I edit the output of STRUCTURE and other similar software with EXCEL, in order to obtain graphs of high quality and details I want to show.
I'm not sure I understand the question properly - are you looking for a GUI software for analysing genetic population structure, or are you looking for programs to create graphical outputs from programs like structure?
For the first option, look at Structure, Structurama, BAPS and Geneland. Barrier, TESS, GENECLUST are other good options.
If you're wanting software to look at graphical outputs from these programs, DISTRUCT is designed for it, but clunky, and as Ferruccio says, it's possible to take the outputs and create something in excel - though doing it in R or a graphical package like Illustrator is probably better.
Thanks Ferruccio and Andrew. I know DISTRUCT does this, but the more user friendly web based version that I know is no more accessible at this time. I will try the other programs you suggested.
