Hi,
Basically, all NLCs are lipid based (a mixture of solid and liquid lipids) cargo systems. Depending on what clinical application you are intended to develop, optimize, lipid to drug to surfactant to aqueous phase ratios. There won't be a specific amount of lipid usage for all applications (differ from oral, ophthalmic, topical, site-specific etc).
