Can anyone suggest about how to perform a turbidity experiment with a peptide showing liquid-liquid phase separation property?

One of our synthesized peptide shows phase separation behavior at a certain physiological condition. I mean to ask what can be the exact protocol that we should follow for the turbidity experiment.
