I would like a standard operating procedure which I can use to test a few extracts against HSV 1&2.

we are working with diagnostic and therapeutic study on HSV-1 and 2, diagnosis via PCR , then studying the ic50 of certain drugs against these viruses, my information in the range of calculation of TCID50 ,ic50, or LD50, and there are many statistical analysis concerning the processing of results each specified according to the study design, please demonstrate your study aim to give you the suitable advice.
