Can anyone suggest a program wich use an open file *.dat and use it in equation in order to get solution of function ?

I want to plot Nusselt as function with time and try to suggest how I can do it.

Probably Matlab could do it. You just need to specify that it should read/load the file and store what it reads as variables you can work with.
