Creatives solve problems, for themselves but more importantly for many others. They may not see the solution to the problem already, but they are confident it is somewhere, so they start to explore.
When a creative is being asked "Why?", her of his answer will most likely be "Why Not?"
Other than that, I think "a dataset of creative answers" is, as a concept, intrinsically not compatible with creativity. Could you rephrase your question, so I can provide a more useful answer?
I think the question, itself, begs the question of the questioner's assumptions. Creativity issues from a place which is intrinsically other than data. Therefore, a "dataset of creative answers" could only be like a collection of dead leaves, as opposed to leaves on a living tree. Any encyclopedia could serve as a trash bag of dead leaves, but why bother with such things?
Some question in examinations of Design education seeks creative solutions.
So, there might be multiple creative solutions of students for a given problem that can be collected from a mass examination. I require a large collection of this kind of data. Rogier van der Heide
So essentially you are speaking of a kind of "crowd-sourcing," but drawing from a specific pool, i.e., students. When you say "examination," it's not clear if you literally mean academic tests. I would think it would be very difficult to gain access to test results. But if you mean "mass examination" in a general sense, then it should be possible to crowd-source creative solutions to a given problem within a selected population or group of students.
Receiving data (question and solution) from academic tests or from mass examinations works for me. However, I am looking for a large number of records (in millions).
Crowdsourcing is a good option to gather data but is a second thought for me as it is time-consuming. I am inquiring about the availability of any existing data source. Stephen Sakellarios
Many universities have desigslns related programs and exams and projects are undertaken on creative solutions...but the questions how to get these data due to its proprietary nature.

Nandita Chaudhuri Are you familiar with the Design Management Institute? They are an organization that may offer some leads to locating a dataset with those parameters to further examine. They may even be cooperative with providing you data from their own bodies of work, as datascience and creative thinking is still a very emergent field of study. Good luck in your research. https://www.dmi.org/
It depends on the type of creative field. Each field has different data on creativity, and the specialist in this field has ideas about creative data that can be used in his field of specialization.
Namaskar Nandita, Kaisā? If we are talking about creative answers in general, you have several options. You could talk to big data companies such as Oracle, Google, Facebook, Siemens, IBM ... or big data warehousing companies such as Datanyze. You could also look at psycho-diagnostic assessment companies such as United Assessment and Danaher. They are specialized in analyzing creative patterns for diagnosis in big data. It is a booming market. There are new players starting up as we speak. If you are looking for someone closer to where you are based try speaking to the staff at TrendyTech, Techgeest, Besant Technologies, Apponix Technologies, Prwatech or VSS Technologies in Bangalore. I am convinced that they keep track of novelties in the field. Aapka din mangalmay ho! PS: I am a bit flooded at the moment, but I will take up my Hindi course again! Om shanti! 🙏
