So does the IEEE. It has the following:

2. IEEE Network

3. IEEE Journal of Communications and Networks

4. IET Networks

5. IEEE/OSA Journal of Optical Communications and Networking.

These journals have very high processing charges.. I am asking for journals with nominal cost and good impact factor....

ACM is not expensive - u can subscribe to whole ACM digital library for 100$ or so per month. They even have student membership options. IEEE is more expensive, I agree.

Thanks to all of you for nice suggestion... I am planning to put my RP in Intederscience Journal as it has a good impact factor and with no cost if we donot make it open access..
