I am working on power sharing between batteries and i want to take decision on the base of State of Energy (SOE) instead of SOC of batteries. I am looking for some basic or advance algorithm for estimation of SOE of battries. It would be a great favor and help if someone could guide me or send me some related simulink file.

I prefer you to do modelling by yourself. This would help you in understanding the system and also in taking decision on applying different strategies.

Typically, the batteries have a voltage drop chart
I think you can measure voltage to estimate the SOE

and some other websites too but found no way to implement Lookup table in matlab to estimate SOC.
