I want to do parallel computing in scialb or octave. I want to know which is better and how many maximum cores it allow to access?

@Parminder Thanks for the link, but this link is not giving much information. It is also giving an indication that on Windows platform Scilab accesses only single core but it is referring about it in year 2012, so its not as detailed as it would be helpful. Can you please suggest a detailed link where i can comprehesively understand the multi core computing in scialb?
