Hi:

This protocol is optimized for Cleaved caspase 3 from Cell signaling Catalog number 9661-S

Antibody dilution: 1:50

Microwave treatment: EDTA 0.01M Ph 8 5 minutes at 800 W followed by 15 minutes at 600W cool 20 minutes at room temperature

Incubation time and temperature: Overnight at 4ºC

Washing: PBS-T

Antibody diluent: PBS-T + 5% Normal goat serum or Dako antibody diluent

Positive control: Thymus

Fixative: Formaldehyde
