Hi Afzal,

I agree with Jenkins, you need to get in touch with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs. A few years ago we developed a comprehensive waste management and recycling strategy for Riyadh, Dammam and Jeddah, which covered a large proportion of MSW generated in Saudi Arabia. The strategy included of course waste quantities and composition, and forward projections to 2027. I imagine that similar work was done also for smaller cities in Saudi Arabia.
