Can anyone send me a dataset of emotion recognition by evaluating EEG signal of brain? I need the values of all the lobes of brain as well as emotional state at a particular time. If possible, suggest some repository for collecting that type of dataset.

I have already send them the necessary documents to access DEAP datasets one month ago. But they did not reply me. What should I do? Please suggest

In regard to DEAP, you could try contacting them again, send an email to the contact person or first author of the respective publication (citing for using DEAP). No-one else has the legal right to give a dataset other than the owners.
