You could ask the NATIONAL SPELEOLOGICAL SOCIETY, Huntsville Alabama,
USA. I am sure they could give you some leads as to who to contact in India,
or other countries about books on caves in India.
They should be available by a GOOGLE search.
Do not limit your research to just caves in India.

An appropriate question would be, where is the limestone and Gypsum
exposed and elevated above the surrounding terrain In India ? Where is it
old enough and thick enough, and fractured enough, and porous enough to
have formed caves?
As an alternative, Lava Flows can have caves that form when the hot lava
flows out from under a crust leaving a long tube. They are longer lasting in
dryer climates. They tend to have thin roofs that are prone to collapse.

This web site, (below), was put up on the web - but after your quest for information. Take a look. Follow up by doing further searchs on key names, locations in the article. India is not known to have good limestone, or many caves ... but it appears that you have at least one long one now at 30-km.
It might help, if you add, "NSS" to your "caves/India" search string. NSS stands the United State's "National Speleological Society". You should get a couple further leads this way.
