There are many procedures. For the removal of H2S: activated carbon filter, oxidation by sulfide eating bacteria, scrubbers + biological treatment.
For separating from CO2: amine scrubbinf, high pressure water scrubbing, pressure swing absorption. Depending on the application of the Methane after cleaning.
I know no procedure to separate H2S as gas.

Try getting in touch with someone from the Rochester, NH landfill, run by Waste Management of NH (www.wm.com). I know they clean up the landfill gas and sell it. They might have some ideas for you.
