Hi,

I need to generate Fab fragments from rat monoclonal antibodies in order to get rid of effector function. I found kits made for human or mouse IgGs but as these kits use Protein A spin columns they are not suitable for rat antibodies. Should I just go for additional Protein G spin columns? Any advice on a good protocol or kit would be highly appreciated!
