You can get in touch with the facility at NCBS. I believe they conduct training programs several times a year where you can sign up and get trained to use the flow cytometer yourself. If you cannot do it yourself, you can discuss the possibility of outsourcing your flow experiment. Here is the website link

Thanks Bhavana. This facility is available in many institutes nearby. But I am particularly looking for a place where specifically rat MSCs are characterized so that I can get the analysis done for my cells. I do not need to buy all the antibodies just for one or two analysis. I appreciate your help.
