I would like to suggest you, Kindly see the  Qbiogene soil kit protocol .They can able to isolate the total fungal DNA isolation from the soil, Although there are various influencing factor like humic acid in the soil. There are glass bead provided in the kit which help in the isolation of the DNA. Further MoBIO Power DNA kit can be also used for total DNA isolation from soil and you can proceeds further with the ITS specific primer for further molecular biology of the isolated sample.

A number of kits are available for extraction of DNA from soil sample But you have to go with your objective. Most frequently used kit for such study are MoBio Kit-Power Soil Catalog No. DNA Isolation Kit -12888. and FastDNA SPIN Kit for Soil -Catalog No.- 6560-200.

Further you can specify it on the basis of your nature of work.
