I'm setting up some online studies for narcolepsy patients and would like to have a baseline assessment of symptom frequency and severity which could then be reassessed at a later date. Ideally it would cover as broad a range of symptoms as possible, have published norms and also be repeatable. Any input would be much appreciated.

Indeed the two I've come across and am considering are the ESS and the Ullanlinna. Great to hear I was on the right track. I'll check out the book as well.
