Then you should contact Instron, which is an American company specialised in mechanical tests. Of course, they'll want to sell you a testing machine, but if you just want to do a few measurements, they'll certainly accept to do your measurements for free, for better convincing you that their devices are relevant for your applications.

I have contacted Instron, but I'm not sure if they are willing to test 27 samples...

Do a search for mechanical testing laboratories. There are quite a few good ones across the US that can handle this testing.

Thanks, I was able to find a list and eventually a company to do the tests and no longer need a recommendation.
