Is anyone familiar with research on Corporate Social Responsibility in telecommunication industry, particularly mobile network operators?
The operators I am looking at are MTS, Beeline and Orange.

Indian government has recently passed an amended version of Companies Act which explains in detail about Corporate Social Responsibility. This is a very elaborate account of the role of corporate sector and their social responsibility. You can certainly get some common points from this source and develop it further .

Are you interested in a descriptive research of the currently applied CSR practices by TC companies or in a normative approach to advances in the CSR field that such companies might /should consider? At the www.corporateregister.com (free registration) you can find collectively the CSR reports published by practically all the major international TC players. That will give you a good insight of the areas of CSR concern where these players invest money and effort. I suggest, you start from there and depending on your research interests you elaborate on your question so that we can help further.
I am currently researching the Armenian market, so it would be great if the sources included data on Armenia.
http://www.bsr.org is the biggest springboard for accessing CSR issues worldwide. Yet, no ref to Armenian CSR activities. You hit a research niche
