due to the lack of time, I'm looking for simulated file of ieee 16 machine -68 bus standard system in matlab or digsilent .can anyone help?

If you have system data, use MATPOWER to simulate the same. Its already having lot of IEEE test system. Just google it, download, and simulate. Its free of cost.
