I am doing a literature review of cost-effective mechanisms to deliver quality primary education in sparsely populated areas of Lao PDR. Is there anything innovative in neighbouring countries that has been done? Analysis of successful (unsuccessful) implementation of multigrade teaching programs in the region? ICT efforts for non-ICT familiar teachers with poor connectivity? Thanks for any help!
