Dear Romana, thank you for asking this interesting technical question. This is certainly of significant interest to many researchers working in the field of perovskite solar cells. The are a number of tutorial videos about using SETFOS available e.g. on YouTube. For example, go to YouTube and check out the video "How to simulate an organic solar cell with Setfos, Dr Urs Aeberhard #perovskite". Various other potentially useful tutorials are are also available as videos or as articles which can be freely downloaded.
