Hello, I am trying to fabricate a P3HT:PCBM based organic solar cell. I do not have thermal evaporation equipment available. Can anyone please suggest me some other vacuum free technique to deposit the top metal electrode?
Apart from above valuable suggestions, you can use AgNWs solution to form a AgNWs electrode network. It will facilitates the transparent layer, incase if you are using the electrode side as window layer for light illumination.
Hi, You can use the Fields metal (FM), an eutectic alloy (Bi/In/Sn: 32.5%, 51%, and 16.5%, respectively) with a melting point above 62◦C, that is easily deposited by drop casting under vacuum-free process and at air atmosphere, the detailed process can be seen in the next document:Article Small Molecules Derived from Thieno[3,4-c]pyrrole-4,6-dione ...
