Anyone pls suggest me some tutorial/learning materials about Occupant behaviour modelling using ABM for building energy efficiency. Additionally, I am interest to include Building Information modelling (BIM) and Building Performance Simulation (BPS) tools also.

You have to search about PPD-PMV in buildings.

I definitely suggest you working with two following softwares:
1. Autodesk green building studio: Which is easy to learn, model and export data. The autodesk tutorials from the software help menu would be enough for running a project.
2. Design builder: Although this one is difficult to model sophisticated buildings, its really reliable on energy saving methods and details. If you decided to work on it, the softwar manual is avaliable or I'll send it for you.
