Hi Diptiman have you tried using aminosilanes to generate a primary amine-rich surface on -OH solid support and then conjugating your enzyme by 1-Ethyl-3-[3-dimethylaminopropyl]carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC) in MES pH 5.5?

You can use succinic anhydride to introduce carboxylic groups then use carbodiimide chemistry to attach the enzyme.
