Hi everyone, I need help and suggestion on how to extract total RNA from soil sample. I have been using RNA Powersoil Total RNA Isolation Kit (MOBIO) according to the manufacturer's instructions to do the extraction but it doesn't seem to work. The yield was extremely low and there was no band when I run the gel. Would appreciate if you could share your suggestion and opinion. Thank you.
