Actually, I want to detect my protein using hrp labelled antibody on SPCE by using amperometry techniques. I am using hydrogen peroxide as substrate with mediator TMB. I want to know that what range of potential should I apply to detect the current response using autolab equipment. And how long should I incubate hrp-labelled antibody along with mixture of TMB and H2O2 before I apply potential to detect current response?
