According to the folowing chemical equation, I dissolved an amount of nickel oxide in nitric acid and produced a blue solution, and I am looking for an approach to produce nickel nitrate crystals from this solution.
NiO + 2 HNO3 + 5 H2O → Ni(NO3)2.6H2O

just let it stand and evaporate the solution. In Tehran it should be warm enough for this :-).
Seriously, I don't expect anything else crystallising from this solution. Don't heat them too much (>200°C) NO3- might decompose.

Thank you so much for your valuable guidance, but I forget to mention that I convert Nickeline (NiAs: Nickel Arsenide) to NiO by heating it up to 850° C, thus it is possible to be some impurities in prepared NiO. After all, is it possible that the impurities avoid crystallizing?
I suggest that you add HNO3 to the solid NiO and after complete dissolution add some water but not too much and then let it stand at RT to get the required crysal. You may need to keep itin the fridge for a while.
